Refund Policy
We offer exchange for most items, and we accept returns and refunds only if the product is damaged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed (for baby clothing) and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at haltebijoux@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, including a picture and a description of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions needed. We will take care of it as soon as possible and will cover return shipping, we can refund it, send you a replacement or issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used for future orders.
Exchange Of Items
For the exchange items, once they are approved, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Are there any items that are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Yes, unless they are damaged, sale or clearance items, custom or personalized products, earrings (for hygiene reasons), washed or worn baby clothing and gift cards.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within 1 hour from the time of purchase. After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
