Shipping and pick up Policy 

You can pick up the items you bought from our store in Montreal located in the Glen site: 1001 Decarie Boulevard, Montreal, Quebec, H4A 3J1. Our store is located in the RC level, facing the archives. The site offers 2 hours free parking. We can also ship them to you.

1. What countries do we ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States, if you are in other countries, please contact us for more information, we will be happy to help you.

2. What shipping carriers or methods do we use?
We primarily ship through: Canada Post. In case you prefer another carrier, please let us know.

3. What is our estimated delivery time for local and international orders?

It usually takes us 2-3 days to prepare the order, unless it is a special or customized order, then for shipping: Canada: 2–7 business days, USA: 4–10 business days

4. Do we offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping for Canada on orders over CAD $80

Please note: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international orders. We do not reimburse or cover these charges.

Once a parcel is shipped via Canada Post, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect shipping details, or for parcels marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen.

We recommend choosing a delivery location that is secure and accessible to you. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
